Thea is the talent attraction manager for the Next Generation Talent team at DHL Supply Chain. 

"Our strategy is to attract and pipeline the next generation of talent through a variety of inclusive programs with an overall aim to close the gap in the shortage of critical skills for now and the future," says Thea.

Meanwhile, HR graduate Millie works in the manufacturing and logistic side of the business.
