Thea is the talent attraction manager for the Next Generation Talent team at DHL Supply Chain

"Our strategy is to attract and pipeline the next generation of talent through a variety of inclusive programs with an overall aim to close the gap in the shortage of critical skills for now and the future," says Thea.

Offering global opportunities

Meanwhile, HR graduate Millie works in the manufacturing and logistic side of the business. 

"The reason why I chose to work at DHL Supply Chain is because it is a massive global company with so many opportunities not just inside the UK, but worldwide as well," explains Millie.

Daisy works in Aviation and Travel as a Content Developer on the Supply Chain Leadership apprenticeship.

"I wanted to work for DHL Supply Chain because of the vast size of the business and global opportunities," comments Daisy.

Enjoying a sustainability-focused career

Fatima is on DHL's Future Leaders program as a first-time manager. 

"The reason I chose to work at DHL is because of how DHL is very compassionate about Go Green, about the environment, and about making sure that everything's sustainable," says Fatima.

Getting involved in initiatives outside of work

"I love working at DHL because they allow us to get involved in initiatives outside of work related one of them being Go Teach which I recently got involved in," adds Munira, who is on the DHL IT graduate scheme.
