Simran describes her typical day at WTW.
"My day usually kicks off with checking emails, followed by team meetings, where we talk about our tasks and deadlines, then I dive into my work with pension planning. On some days, I have training, so I attend those to enhance my skills," explains Simran.
Using digital tools to support tasks
Simran shares the tools she uses for her everyday work. "My go-to apps for daily tasks are Teams and Outlook. Quantify is also a very vital tool for my daily work. However, Excel takes the spotlight because it helps me with calculations, planning and managing every aspect of my day."

"The colleagues here are really helpful and fun to be around, which makes the office environment really dynamic and makes working enjoyable," adds Simran.
