Sharing a passion for inclusivity

WTW Team Leader in Talent Acquisition, Alex Dayuta, shares WTW's passion for inclusivity.

"Something that I am interested in, and this is also one of the reasons why I took up clinical psychology before, was to help and understand better the person with autism and person with disability. One of the reasons is I have also encountered that one personally in the family. That is why I wanted to understand and I wanted to help the family of mine. How to work with that person, how to live with that person. And that is also something that I have experienced at WTW," explains Alex.

"When I was starting here, we have this program of hiring people with disabilities, specifically for deaf people and people with autism. We've had several trainings. We have several sessions with our partners for us to have that understanding. How are we going to hire this particular person? What would be the steps? What would be the knowledge that we need to know first prior to endorsing that project to the hiring managers? What would be the possible opportunities for them? What will be the growth that this person can have once they on board with WTW?" adds Alex.
