Women at Honeywell are innovating to solve some of the world’s toughest challenges.

From the company's industrial roots, to becoming the premier software industrial, to leading in the energy transition, Honeywell’s ability to achieve ambitious, transformative objectives is rooted in its purposeful approach to making a difference.

Delivering innovative solutions

Honeywell Senior Vice President & General Counsel Anne Madden discusses Honeywell's purposeful approach to making a difference through the delivery of innovative solutions to customers.

"Our responsibility to ourselves and to the planet, and to the environment is reflected in the really extensive technical work that we've done and continue to do to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions, what we call our GHG emissions," explains Anne.

"When you think of Ethanol to Jet technology; when you think of carbon capture usage and storage; when you think of the low global warming [potential] refrigerant technology that we developed; when you think about how important it is to decarbonize buildings - all of these things are technologies that Honeywell brings to bear. What we innovate is all about safety and security and the environment," says Anne. "And we've proven these technologies to ourselves. We use them in our own facilities as well as provide them to our customers."
