Inspiring the group of future astronauts
By participating in the Honeywell Leadership Challenge Academy students can explore avenues of aerospace, coding, computer science, communication and astronautics.
At the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, which is the largest space museum in the world, students have the opportunity to participate in design challenges, are immersed in STEM activities, and learn leadership development skills.
"What I'm excited about this week is learning so many things about space, getting to meet new people and just enjoying the moment," shared one of the Honeywell Leadership Challenge Academy students.
"What I'm looking forward to is to learn some types of engineering, computers, how different machine systems work," added a further student.
"I'm most excited to learn more about aerospace and how we get people in space," commented another Honeywell Leadership Challenge Academy student. "Thank you, Honeywell."
