Laura explains that embarking on the role of a DHL Global Forwarding CIF Facilitator has had a transformative impact, and challenges her to grow and refine her skills.

"By stepping outside my comfort zone, I've gained confidence in public speaking, active listening and adaptability," says Laura.

Efficient time management is crucial for Laura when balancing her everyday DHL Global Forwarding role and facilitating.

"I prioritize tasks, delegate when possible, and catch up later if necessary," Laura comments.

"Through effective time management, I can continue facilitating sessions without compromising my responsibilities. This effort brings me great satisfaction, as the fulfilment I derive from being a Facilitator is truly rewarding."
