Apprentice Emelda is interviewed by Learn Live
In addition, working with the Learn Live platform, Capgemini has broadcasted a video featuring current degree apprentice Emelda Braimoh.
Emelda talks about her experiences as a degree apprentice with Capgemini on the path to attaining her BSc in Digital and Technology Solutions.
"I heard about the apprenticeship from my IT teacher. I spent a foundation year studying medicine but decided it wasn't for me. I realised that I wanted to work but I still wanted to attain some sort of qualification," says Emelda. "A highlight is that I'm able to help senior executives. You realise that you're able to contribute a fresh perspective on what's important to clients these days."
"I definitely see Capgemini as a company that I would like to continue working with because of the environment and how much they support you," she adds. "I would love to get into a management role after I've graduated and start to drive solutions."
