She shares her insights on her career at Capgemini UK.
Why have you stayed at Capgemini?
In short, it’s the people! In my years with Capgemini I have worked with a huge cross section of the organisation – across roles, grades, sectors and locations. The attitude, professionalism and inclusive ways of working really make us stand out from other organisations.
What are your interests outside of work?
I love running and have run 5 marathons. In the past few years I’ve started doing triathlons, and have completed two half ironman events. I have two amazing children that also keep me very busy and I also learn from them every day.
How has your journey been with Capgemini?
In Capgemini you manage your own career, and that’s a good thing, as you’re in control of your own destiny. I’ve found there’s always someone to help and support you, whether formally or informally. I have mainly tried to progress within each engagement, and to take that experience to finding my next role.
