AECOM has announced the appointment of its Chief Executive of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Lara Poloni, to the position of President.
The news comes at the same time as Troy Rudd’s appointment is announced as Chief Executive Officer of AECOM, taking over from Michael Burke who retires.

An impressive career history
Lara has held significant leadership positions across her 25-plus year tenure with AECOM, including Chief Executive of AECOM’s Australia and New Zealand operations from 2014 before moving into the role of Chief Executive of EMEA role in 2017.
Lara’s institutional knowledge of global infrastructure markets, deep experience across AECOM’s sectors, and commitment to inclusion, diversity and leadership development position her to excel in this role.
