Twelve AECOM women employees and one male employee are listed as finalists in the European Women In Construction & Engineering (WICE) Awards.

The awards aim to entice more women into the construction and engineering sectors and to highlight role models for women considering a career in these sectors. The awards also encourage companies to employ and train more women within these industries. Meet the AECOM finalists celebrated for their achievements.

The finalist fee contributes to the costs associated with the administration and processing of all the entries received as well as the international judges expenses. It also demonstrates the companies' commitment to their nominees who have become finalists. Companies can submit multiple applications for different categories.
