Progressing in equality, diversity and inclusion
A particular focus of the report is AECOM's equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) progress, and the ways the company has addressed equity challenges globally and regionally.
AECOM is nearing its target for women to compose 35 per cent of the workforce, with women in 18 per cent of leadership roles and making up 33 per cent of the overall workforce.
AECOM has also fostered a culture of inclusivity that has been recognized by organizations like the Human Rights Campaign - which has named AECOM as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality in the United States.
AECOM's ED&I commitments efforts extend to the communities it serves, where the company has implemented locally relevant workplace diversity and pay equity goals.
