Congratulations WTW for inclusion in the prestigious America's Best Large Employers list, curated by Forbes.
"It's an honor to receive this recognition. Our colleague experience is centered around being authentic - seeing the human in everything we do, being curious and being bold. Thank you to our talented colleagues who make this a reality," explained WTW Chief Human Resources Officer, Kristy Banas.
Selecting America's Best Employers
America's Best Employers were selected in an independent and anonymous survey taken by approximately 45,000 American employees working for companies with more than 1,000 workers in the United States.
In partnership with market research company Statista, Forbes asked participants, on a scale of zero to 10, if they would recommend their current employers to friends and family, and to cite any other employer they would also recommend. All questionnaires were conducted anonymously, allowing participants to openly share their opinions. The final list ranks the 500 large employers that received the most recommendations.
Participants were also asked to rate their employers on criteria including safety of the work environment, competitiveness of compensation, advancement opportunities and openness to telecommuting.
