Embracing non-linear career journeys
Three Futureshaper women - Honeywell Finance Director, Erika Kauffman; Honeywell General Counsel, Dionne Hamilton; and Honeywell Senior Communications Director, Paola Hernandez – shared their perspectives on professional growth, from embracing non-linear journeys, to working with mentors and sponsors.
Erika [pictured above], Dionne [pictured below] and Paola [also pictured below] are members of Honeywell Diversity Career Advancement Program (DCAP) and are Women’s Career Advancement Program (WCAP) cohorts.
Empowerment through training and development
The programs are designed to empower a class of participants through workplace training and development, as well as through expanding their internal networks for promotional opportunities.
