Meet Honeywell Production Supervisor, Li Ding.
Li started at Honeywell as a Supply Chain intern in the summer of 2019, and then accepted the return offer to come back as part of the rotational program. "I actually just recently graduated from that program and became an official Production Supervisor," shares Li.
Working together to create cutting-edge technology
When describing what it means to be a Futureshaper, Li says that everyone at the company, regardless of who they are, has an input on what Honeywell does. "I believe the company really values opinions across generations, across genders and across everything, and we all work together to come up with cutting-edge technology," shares Li.
Born in Taipei in Taiwan, Li moved to the U.S. when she was six years old.
In her downtime, Li enjoys spending time with friends. "I really enjoy eating, so I like trying new restaurants and different cuisines," she shares.
