Lili shares that she is especially proud seeing her colleagues move into leadership positions at WTW.
"In my 11 or so years of working at WTW, I've had my fair share of people that I have mentored and coached," says Lili.
"When I see them succeeding, moving into roles, global roles or leadership roles, and just progressing in their careers, that gives me a great sense of pride because it tells me that I, in some way or form, had something to do with that, and I'm doing something right when they're making steps, big steps sometimes."
