A highly inclusive company, Theramex celebrated Pride Month and united via an engaging and colorful Rainbow Lunch at Theramex's Milan headquarters in Italy. The event saw colleagues all bring something special to share, plus they a decorated their own t-shirts that they would be wearing together in the Pride Parade. A psychologist, Annalisa Anzani, gave a presentation about LGBTQ+ issues and focused specifically on workplace aspects such as micro aggressions, terms used, concrete examples, and useful advice. 

"Sharing important and profound issues such as inclusion and the enhancement of diversity in the office was an experience that enriched us a lot, as professionals and as people. We're proud to be Theramex," the company said.
