"Be Proud of it is an initiative to continue maintaining the motivation and engagement of the team, a unique concept that encompasses all the initiatives that we will launch to continue feeling proud to be part of Theramex's success story," says Theramex.

Improving employee engagement

Theramex's internal engagement plan is divided into six pillars:

  • Be the Business, where Theramex addresses everything related to recognition and proximity
  • Be on the Hype, from where the company addresses all internal communication
  • Be Balanced, to cover Work Life Balance initiatives
  • Be Well, for the well-being of Theramex's employees
  • Be Better, for all skills development actions
  • Be happy, where Theramex focuses on projects to motivate engagement and fun

Within each of these pillars, Theramex has developed different local actions and initiatives that are also combined with those the company launches and shares globally with other countries.

"All these initiatives advocate for the improvement of workers' conditions, as well as for improving their level of engagement with the company.
