Capgemini were recognised at the prestigious RAD Awards in London. The company scooped up three awards on the night for its powerful Active Inclusion campaign: Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, Video Campaign and Work of the Year.
The RAD Awards celebrates the very best of recruitment communications, talented people, innovative ideas and brave clients. The 29th RAD Awards took place in London and was attended by over 1,000 guests from the recruitment advertising industry.
Striving for change in the workplace
Capgemini's Active Inclusion campaign encompasses LGBT, Social Mobility, Gender, Multiculturalism and Disability and has four key elements across the company: Leadership, Actively Inclusive People, Actively Inclusive Workplace, and Measurement and Reporting.

A prestigious award for diversity and inclusion
Capgemini won an impressive three awards for its Active Inclusion campaign: Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, Video Campaign and Work of the Year.
According to the RAD Awards website, the judges were impressed by Capgemini's "honest, genuine and brave use of video to amplify internal values" and the sharing of powerful stories from Campgemini employees. The judges also commended Capgemini's efforts to address a range of topics related to workplace inclusion such as unconscious bias and access to support for employees.
Capgemini's impactful campaign was also recognised as the piece of work that best captured the true spirit of the RAD awards and demonstrated extreme bravery.
"It was felt that this was an incredibly honest and powerful piece of work with a bold statement about diversity and inclusion in the workplace today," added the RAD Award judges.
