In recognition for its commitment to LGBT inclusion, Capgemini earns the Silver Top Employer award in the Stonewall Global Workplace Equality Index.
Capgemini's commitments are followed by real actions to create an inclusive culture across its business worldwide.
Benchmarking tool for global LGBT workplace equality
The Stonewall Global Workplace Equality Index is the definitive benchmarking tool for global LGBT workplace equality, designed to meet the specific needs of multinational organisations.
The Global Equality Index is free to enter and is open to any multinational organisation, enabling them to navigate these challenges and make progress towards LGBT equality, no matter where in the world they operate.
Participating organisations are invited to tell Stonewall about their work against a range of criteria. Each section helps organisations to self-assess their progress and identify priorities.
Previous recognition from Stonewall
This is not the first time Stonewall has recognised Capgemini's efforts to be a leading employer for the LGBT community.
Capgemini UK was also named a Stonewall Top 100 Employer over consecutive years and a Stonewall Diversity Champion, working to create an inclusive, safe and supportive workplace environment for all of employees.
Finding support via employee network
At Capgemini, LGBT employees and allies can join OUTfront, the company's LGBT+ Employee Network.
OUTfront is open to all colleagues who are interested in supporting the LGBT+ community. This includes OUTfront Allies: team members who are committed to ensuring that employees work in a respectful environment, and support the LGBT+ community in challenging homophobia, biphobia and transphobia, and by educating others on the importance of inclusion.
