Capgemini has received three awards from the RAD Awards including Work of the Year; Equality Diversity & Inclusion; and Video Campaign.
"We won three awards at #RADS2023 last week! Employee Networks are helping us create a workplace where everyone feels welcome – and the awards celebrate our recent video where team members share why they find these Networks powerful," said Capgemini.
The awards were based on Capgemini's Active Inclusion campaign with agency Pink Squid.
Building an inclusive environment
Capgemini is building an inclusive environment where everyone feels able to be their whole self. Its Employee Networks are at the heart of this journey. Open to all, they provide a friendly space to share experiences, promote awareness and empower each other.
Six Employee Networks provide a place for Capgemini's team to come together and share experiences. They help shape what it’s like to work at Capgemini, ensuring it offers an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected and able to succeed. This includes offering feedback on its corporate policies and practices. All team members can join any Network, to access assistance or to show their support for others.
Capgemini's six employee networks are:
- Armed Forces Network
- CapAbility
- OUTfront
- Race & Equality Network
- Talking Heads
- Women@CapgeminiUK
