Apprentices join a large business area working for Capgemini's largest UK public sector client. Apprentices also work with and learn from inspiring experts and enjoy the career opportunities this brings, as well as joining a large community of Graduates and Apprentices across the business.
Apprentices earn while they learn at Capgemini
Apprentices at Capgemini work towards a full-time job and studying towards a degree apprenticeship with Aston University on the flagship BSc (Hons) in Chartered Management. A 3-year course, apprentices study part-time whilst doing their full-time role.
The course covers many modules such as Financial Management, Marketing, Leadership & Change Management, Business Project Management, and Big Data Analytics. The degree includes a final stage project in conjunction with Capgemini’s business.

Alongside the degree programme, Capgemini also provides apprentices with an accelerated approach in their role at Capgemini, providing significant role-based training and soft skills training programme to ensure both personal and technical growth.
