DHL has announced the appointment of Nicola Leske as Executive Vice President Group Communications & Sustainability, reporting to the DHL Group CEO, Tobias Meyer.
An experienced communications expert
Nicola brings more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of communications and, before joining DHL Group, was most recently Managing Partner at the strategic communications consultancy GAULY Advisors. There she advised international and German companies on all aspects of corporate communications.
A focus on corporate social responsibility
Previously, Nicola was Chief Communications Officer responsible for overall communications at the international software group SAP SE. In this role, her responsibilities included the strategic positioning of the company and the Executive Board as well as corporate social responsibility.
Before joining SAP in 2014, this long-time business journalist worked for the Thomson Reuters news agency in various departments and locations, including Frankfurt/M., Amsterdam and New York.
Nicola holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University in Mannheim and a Master's degree in Political Science from the University in Bonn.
Nicola is also a graduate of the Henri Nannen School of Journalism in Hamburg.
