"I joined Capgemini in 2021 in India," shares Anchita. "I joined as a Scrum Master and was offered to complete the Engagement Management Training, which is internal training at Capgemini. When I came into Canada last year I got a chance to implement the management training that I went to in India, and today I am in a totally different role working as a Delivery Lead. We also got a chance to upgrade ourselves to SAFe, which is a leading agile methodology. So that was forward-thinking at Capgemini. We were exposed to the trainings of your potential. My role has evolved immensely in about a year, and there was no way I could have grown into these leadership roles if it was not for internal trainings and development."
