Choosing Capgemini as an employer means having the opportunity to make a difference, whether for the world’s leading businesses or for society.
Capgemini wants all their future employees to have a seamless hiring experience, so Recruiter Bhumika Chandra shares some of her best insights and tips on some frequently asked questions about Capgemini careers and the interview process.
Suitability of skills for applied role
The recruitment process starts with the HR round. "A recruiter from our talent acquisition team will reach out to you to gather some basic information and to understand if your experience and skills that you've listed in your resume will be a good fit for the role that you have applied for," says Bhumika.
Assessing technical know-how&
After the HR round is a 30 to 45 minute technical interview conducted by a technical lead. "We will try and assess your technical know-how for the applied role," explains Bhumika.
If the first two rounds have gone successfully, the third and most likely final round will be with the hiring manager. "This is also going to be a good opportunity for you to delve deeper into the role and expectations of you as an employee at Capgemini," says Bhumika.
Being honest and authentic self
Bhumika says authenticity is what Capgemini is looking for in future employees.
"Last but not the least, what we expect, or what we hope you bring to us during these interview rounds is your absolute honest self."
