"It's important regardless of whether you're a fresh graduate, you're mid-career, or you're already an experienced leader or manager, that having access to people that will be able to support you is a key success factor. In every single thing that we do, we will only get better if we know that there will be people that are there to support you," he explains.

"When I advise our fresh graduates or many of our new entrants, I always say: 'Do not create that hindrance that you feel you're new, so you have to stay here long enough to have access to people.' You're creating your own boundaries, which should not be the case. When you realize everyone here is as accessible as a friend, then you will really truly enjoy the experience of working with WTW."
