A busy working Mum, Nomura's Christine Chambers enjoys a fabulous career. 

"In this era of increased financial regulation, my job is to make sure our risk management systems are robust so the bank can function as normal. This requires motivating my team, remaining calm under pressure and a lot of planning,” says Christine.

Over her 13 years at Nomura, Christine has worked across divisions on a range of projects and has spent time overseas.

“I have worked at Nomura for my entire career and it’s been a great place to take on new opportunities and develop. I have always had support and encouragement and have found that when you find opportunities, you will be championed.”

Outside of work, Christine is a busy mother of two young children.
